Whether you are hosting a 2000-guest fundraiser or an intimate wedding, Intelligent Parking Systems is fully prepared and equipped to manage it. Additionally — and perhaps most importantly — we understand that we are both the first and last impression for your event and will conduct ourselves as such.
Prior to the event, we conduct site evaluations and plan parking logistics for clients. Once details are finalized, clients receive an event confirmation/estimate and a copy of IPS’ certificate of insurance. An experienced Site Manager will be assigned to your event, who will arrive early to ensure order is in place and communicate all details to his staff. Upon your guests’ arrival, the valets will be welcoming guests with a positive first impression for your event, and delivering superior service until the last vehicle is returned.
Auto Dealerships
Intelligent Parking Systems provides valet, car wash, and shuttle services for a number of prestigious dealerships in Alabama. We welcome each guest as they enter the service area of the dealerships and safely deliver their car to the correct service advisor. IPS also washes each vehicle that arrives for service, with delicate and detailed care. The shuttle services that we provide for our dealerships help ensure that any time is convenient for your customers to bring their car in for service.

Restaurants

Hospital Valet Parking
A Valet Attendant is typically the first and last point of contact for patients and visitors at your healthcare facility. Our valets strive to create a five-star hotel-like environment by warmly welcoming patients and visitors, opening and closing vehicle doors, assisting with wheelchairs, walkers and oxygenated equipment, as well as helping with any baggage. Additionally, our valet attendants provide directions and assist patients and visitors with physical limitations.
