Prior to the event, we conduct site evaluations and plan parking logistics for clients. Once details are finalized, clients receive an event confirmation/estimate and a copy of IPS’ certificate of insurance. An experienced Site Manager will be assigned to your event, who will arrive early to ensure order is in place and communicate all details to his staff. Upon your guests’ arrival, the valets will be welcoming guests with a positive first impression for your event, and delivering superior service until the last vehicle is returned.
